Do customers need to install an app?
No. They scan the code and the order page opens in their browser. Nothing to install, no account, no phone number.
Does the phone ring when it is locked?
Yes. On Android and computers the alert comes as a notification. On iPhone it comes through Apple Wallet, or while the page stays open.
What happens after the trial?
Your shop moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade at any time.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Customers’ pages keep only the order number they typed.
