    Apple Wallet puts the order on the lock screen and shows “Your order is ready” when it is.

  • Android: an alert with sound and vibration

    The alert arrives with sound and vibration, even with the phone locked and the page closed.

  • Any phone: the page itself rings

    While the order page is open, it rings and vibrates when the order is ready.

  • The order board: “Call the number”

    If the alert isn’t shown on the phone, the board moves the order to the top and says “Call the number”.

The board and the reports show, for every order, whether the alert was sent, whether the phone showed it, and when the customer was on the way.
